Audrey Obadia-Zerbib is a French qualified associate in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm's International Corporate Transactions Group.

Audrey Obadia-Zerbib joined the Paris office in September 2006 from a leading French law firm where she spent one year developing corporate experience.

Her practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity, including matters relating to capital markets and reorganizations.
