Eleanor Shanks

Eleanor Shanks is an English qualified lawyer in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Ms. Shanks has experience of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets and regulatory experience, in particular merger control but also behavioral and financial services regulatory experience.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Shanks was an associate in the London office of a major English law firm. She also previously worked in their London, Brussels and Athens offices during her Training Contract.
