Robert R. Urband is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he currently practices in the firm's Corporate Transactions and Global Finance groups. Mr. Urband's practice focuses on corporate finance, including both debt and equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial law. He also has extensive experience in debt restructurings and workouts, including bankruptcy reorganizations. Mr. Urband earned his law degree in 2004 from New York University School of Law. He graduated in 2001 from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Urband was associated with both Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Mr. Urband is a member of the American Bar Association, the California State Bar Association and the Financial Lawyers Conference. Mr. Urband is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and California. |
