Susan M. Reilly is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she currently practices in the firm's Corporate Transactions Department. Ms. Reilly's practice focuses primarily on corporate and securities law, including advising public companies with respect to securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.
Ms. Reilly joined the firm in 2006 after graduating magna cum laude from The George Washington University Law School. While at George Washington, she served as Notes Editor for The George Washington Law Review and was elected to Order of the Coif. In 2005, Ms. Reilly authored an article titled "Judicial Deference on Issues of National Security: Jifry v. FAA , " published in The George Washington Law Review. Ms. Reilly graduated cum laude from the Honors Program at the College of Charleston in 2003, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history.
Ms. Reilly is a member of the District of Columbia bar. |
