Wayne P.J. McArdle

Wayne McArdle, qualified in England and Wales and Ontario, Canada, is a partner in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Mr. McArdle has advised clients for over 20 years on a wide variety of public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and debt and equity financings. 

Mr. McArdle has represented financial institutions and investors on acquisitions, disposals, financings, joint ventures, insolvent workouts and privatisations in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America in various sectors.  

He has been identified by Chambers and Partners UK as a recommended lawyer  in the field of Private Equity on an annual basis from 2005-2010, and by Chambers and Partners Global as a recommended lawyer in the same field from 2005-2008.
