Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Jai Pathak has joined the firms Los Angeles office as a partner. Previously a partner with Jones Day, he focuses his corporate law practice on cross-border transactions with a focus on Asia.

Pathak graduated from law school with honors from Oxford University in 1984 (M.A., 1989) and received his LL.M from the University of Virginia in 1985. Having earned his graduate and post-graduate degrees from the University of Delhi and Jawaharlal Nehru University, he is fluent in Hindi.
