Gibson Dunn Adds Labor and Employment Partner to Munich Office

"Mark is an experienced employment lawyer whose practice complements our growing European M&A practice," said Ken Doran, Managing Partner of Gibson Dunn. "Mark has worked almost exclusively in the field of international and mostly transaction-oriented employment law for the last 12 years and has been involved in an impressive number of high-profile cross-border transactions and complex reorganizations."

"Mark is a terrific addition to the firm," said Michael Walther, Partner-in-Charge of Gibson Dunn’s Munich office. "As a certified expert in employment law, Mark presents an outstanding opportunity to bring our employment practice to the next level."

"I am very excited about the prospect of working with my new colleagues at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Munich and internationally," said Zimmer. "The firm’s exceptional international corporate platform gives me the opportunity to further develop my practice, particularly the employment aspects of corporate compliance".
