Catherine D. Brewer is an associate in the Orange County office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Ms. Brewer graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2010. There she served as the Notes Editor for the Duke Journal of Gender Law and Policy. She was also a member of the Duke Children’s Law Clinic as well as the Wrongful Convictions Clinic. Additionally, Ms. Brewer was a teaching assistant for the Dean’s Lecture Series and a research assistant for the Center for Criminal Justice and Professional Responsibility. She also served as the Duke Bar Association’s Internal Vice-President. Ms. Brewer graduated from University of California, Los Angeles, in 2007, magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. She was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and was also awarded History Department Honors.
Ms. Brewer is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
