Geoffrey Weien is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm's Litigation department.
Mr. Weien joined the firm in 2008 after serving as law clerk to Judge Priscilla R. Owen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Weien graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2007, where he was a Senior Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.
Mr. Weien graduated cum laude from Rice University and subsequently served four years as a combat engineer officer in the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of Captain. Mr. Weien also earned a M.S. from Stanford University in structural engineering and worked three years as a structural engineer before attending law school.
Mr. Weien is a member of the District of Columbia bar. |
