Hari Raman

Hari Raman is an associate attorney in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  He is a member of the firm’s Corporate Transactions Practice Group focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and general corporate matters.

Mr. Raman was previously an associate in Gibson Dunn’s Los Angeles and New York offices where he represented clients on a number of M&A transactions,
