Joelle Khoury

Joelle Khoury is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  She is a member of the firm's Corporate Department.

Ms. Khoury graduated cum laude from the Duke University School of Law in 2006, with a J.D. and an LL.M. in International Law.  She received her bachelor of arts in Political Science from University of California, San Diego, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2003.

Ms. Khoury is the author of "Managing your shareholder base" The Deal (November 2009) (with Brad Weirick).

Ms. Khoury is admitted to practice in the States of California and New York.
