James O'Grady

James O’Grady is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.  He is a member of the firm's Corporate Transactions Practice.

Mr. O’Grady graduated in 2007 with a dual Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Law School and Columbia Business School.  While at Columbia Law School, he served as Finance Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review.  Mr. O’Grady graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 2000, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature and Language.  While at Harvard, he earned John Harvard and Harvard College scholarships for academic excellence.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. O’Grady worked as a consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton and as a summer associate in the leveraged finance group at CIBC World Markets.

Mr. O’Grady is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
