Kim Nortman is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Los Angeles office.  She currently practices in the firm’s Litigation Department.  Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to Judge Eric L. Clay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (2009-2010), and as a law clerk to Judge Cheryl L. Pollak of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (2008-2009).

Ms. Nortman graduated from New York University School of Law in 2008, where she served as a Senior Articles Editor on the Review of Law and Social Change.  She graduated with honors from Princeton University in 2004, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Woodrow Wilson School for Public and International Affairs.  

Ms. Nortman is a member of the California bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.  She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
