Madeleine Healy is a UK qualified solicitor and a member of the Brussels bar. Her practice encompasses all areas of EU and UK antitrust law, with particular experience in cartels and abuse of dominance cases.
Ms. Healy routinely assists multinationals and industry groups in drafting advocacy papers as well as advising clients on EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control, sector enquiries, distribution arrangements, IP, and privacy.
Ms. Healy frequently advises clients in the financial services and TMT sectors, with a strong focus on Internet issues and the Digital Agenda. She also has experience of other sectors, including shipping, air transport, branded goods, food, pharmaceuticals and utilities.
Ms. Healy has a Bachelors in Law with French Law and Language which she obtained from the University of Leicester and Strasbourg III. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, she trained at the European Parliament and worked in the London, Brussels and Hong Kong offices of one of the UK’s top ten law firms.
A native English speaker, Ms. Healy is fluent in French and German and proficient in Italian. |
