Malachi O. Boyuls is an associate in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he currently practices in the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Boyuls represents clients in a broad range of cases before federal and state appellate and trial courts.
Mr. Boyuls received his law degree from New York University in 2006, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the NYU Annual Survey of American Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Religion and Philosophy from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in 2002, and was a member of the Crusader football team.
During law school, Mr. Boyuls interned for then-Judge Samuel A. Alito, Jr. on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Following law school he served as a law clerk to the Honorable David C. Godbey for the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, and then to the Honorable Harris L Hartz for the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Mr. Boyuls is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Boyuls is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
