Michael L. Reed

Mr. Reed is a partner in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and joined the firm in 1994.  Mr. Reed is a member of the firm's Corporate Department and has experience in a variety of matters, including in public offerings, 144A offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, corporate finance, corporate securities, corporate governance and general business and contract matters.  Mr. Reed represents major corporations, public and private companies, investment banks, REITs, technology companies, start-ups, limited liability companies, partnerships and other business organizations, special and independent committees of boards of directors and individuals.

Mr. Reed received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1994.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in economics from the University of California, Berkeley in 1988.

Mr. Reed is a member of the State Bar of California.
