The Hollywood Reporter Names Four Partners Among 100 Power Lawyers 

The Hollywood Reporter named partners Scott Edelman, Ruth Fisher, Orin Snyder and Larry Ulman to its annual list of Power Lawyers, "spotlighting the 100 attorneys most influencing the entertainment business."  Named in the Corporate category, Fisher was recognized for her work on major deals, such as Vivendi's $5.8 billion sale of its interest in NBC Universal, and Ulman was recognized for his work on crafting Universal's massive financing agreement with Relativity Media.  In the Litigation category, Snyder was recognized for his work for the Seinfelds and Edgar Bronfman Jr., and Edelman was recognized for his work for Warner Bros. in a profit participation lawsuit over TV show Smallville.  The list was published on July 16, 2010.
