Established in 1981, our Denver office combines the resources of a renowned global law firm with deep local knowledge of the Centennial State and the Rocky Mountain region.

Litigation and Investigations
Gibson Dunn’s Denver office boasts one of the foremost litigation and government investigation practices in Colorado. In fact, we are the only firm in the state to receive a Band 1 ranking in Chambers USA for “Litigation: White Collar Crime & Government Investigations” in Colorado. Our lawyers defend corporations and individuals in federal and state proceedings, including matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, various state Attorneys General, and multiple other federal and state agencies. Our labor and employment litigators represent clients in cutting-edge, high-stakes labor and employment matters, supporting employers through their most challenging issues in a rapidly changing legal environment. Our Colorado employment lawyers defend claims across a wide range of topics, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, as well as classification issues, wages and wage transparency, restrictive covenants, whistleblowers, and leave laws.
