Gibson Dunn Labor Partner Baruch Fellner is profiled by BNA’s Occupational Safety & Health Reporter

BNA’s Occupational Safety & Health Reporter featured Baruch Fellner for his accomplishments and expertise in the area of OSHA regulation and enforcement. The article [PDF] highlighted his work in the Solicitor’s Office in the U.S. Department of Labor soon after the act was enacted, followed by his joining the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., and then joining Gibson Dunn where he established the firm’s OSHA practice in 1990.

In addition, Mr. Fellner testified [PDF]  on behalf of the United States Chamber of Commerce before the House of Representatives Committee on Education and Labor at a hearing on June 19 entitled "Hidden Tragedy: Underreporting of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses."
