Alexi Ehrlich is a litigator in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice spans complex commercial, regulatory, and appellate litigation.
Before joining the firm, Alexi clerked for the Honorable Stephanos Bibas of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Trevor N. McFadden of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Alexi graduated summa cum laude from University of Michigan Law School, where he received the Daniel H. Grady Prize for graduating first in his class. While at Michigan Law, Alexi served as Executive Articles Editor of the Michigan Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Alexi is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and State Bar of Michigan and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
