Job Summary

We are seeking an associate in law school class years 2016 through 2019 to join our Finance team. Candidate should have significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings.  Associates will work with our Global Finance team primarily and in tandem with our premier Business Restructuring & Reorganization team.  Associates will have the opportunity to work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations, including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $365,000 and $435,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
