Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is advising global investment firm KKR on its growth investment in Vitesse, a leading provider of treasury and payment solutions tailored for the insurance industry. KKR is leading the growth financing round, which is structured as a new Series C.
This new round of funding will support continued development of Vitesse’s comprehensive payments and treasury platform for the insurance industry and drive market expansion to grow the company’s global footprint. The funding will help to support Vitesse’s expansion efforts, particularly in the US.
The Gibson Dunn team is led by the firm’s co-chair of Private Equity in Europe Wim De Vlieger, and comprised of counsel Luca Bernini, and associates Rosie Maguire, Kevin Kim and Leonnie Gilpin (Private Equity).
