Allyson Ho was appointed as a Senior Fellow to the Administrative Conference of the United States, is an independent, non-partisan federal agency within the executive branch dedicated to improving administrative law and federal regulatory processes that conducts applied research, and provides expert recommendations and other advice, to improve federal agency procedures. The appointment was published on August 13, 2024.
Allyson Ho is Co-Chair of the Gibson Dunn’s nationwide Appellate and Constitutional Law Practice Group. She has presented over 100 oral arguments in federal and state courts nationwide, including five high-stakes business cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.
