Asian-Mena Counsel featured KKR’s investment in CA Media, an Asian media portfolio of The Chernin Group, and its creation of Emerald Media in partnership with The Chernin Group, among its Deals of the Year for 2015, which recognized regional deals “demonstrating size, uniqueness, complexity and innovation.” Gibson Dunn represented The Chernin Group in the transaction.
