Ben A. Sherwood is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He is a commercial litigator with an emphasis on antitrust disputes. He has represented clients in a range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, industrials, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, and technology.

Outside the Firm, Ben is a member of the Antitrust Law Sections of the American and New York State Bar Associations. He serves on the Monopolization and Big Tech Committee of the New York State Bar Association.
Before joining the Firm, Ben served as a law clerk to the Honorable Naomi Reice Buchwald of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2017. Before law school, he was a trader at a high-frequency trading firm. Ben received his A.B. in mathematics from the University of Chicago in 2012.
He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
