Based in Los Angeles, New York, Washington D.C., or London, the Associate Director/Director of Benefits is responsible for driving the strategy, design, development, communication and administration of the firm’s global health and welfare, and retirement plan benefits.
The Associate Director/Director is responsible for driving the strategy, design, development, communication and administration of the firm’s global health and welfare, and retirement plan benefits.
The Associate Director/Director will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will work directly with members across the HR and Payroll teams, Directors of Administration in the Firm’s non-U.S. offices and will liaise and interact directly with individuals at all levels, across the firm.
The Associate Director/Director is responsible for the direct supervision, development, and assignment of work of their team members, including a Benefits Manager, senior retirement plan analyst, benefits coordinator, specialists and assistant.
Specific Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits for Associate Director:
The annual compensation range for this position is $175-225k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.

The annual compensation range for this position is $250-300k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
