Allyson Ho is Co-Chair of the firm’s nationwide Appellate and Constitutional Law Practice Group. She has presented over 85 oral arguments in federal and state courts nationwide, including multiple high-stakes cases on behalf of business before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mike Raiff has a wide range of litigation experience and has tried numerous cases (jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations). In addition to his trial and arbitration practice, he has argued numerous cases before appellate courts, including Texas appellate courts and several United States Circuit courts.
