California Lawyer featured partners Theodore Boutrous and Marcellus McRae as honorees in its 2014 California Lawyer Attorney of the Year Awards. Boutrous and McRae are featured for their work winning a landmark civil rights decision protecting children’s fundamental right to education by striking down California’s teacher tenure and dismissal statutes as unconstitutional.
