Hong Kong Introduces New Type 13 Regulated Activity

On July 27, 2023, Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission published a “Circular on Licensing and Registration of Depositaries of SFC-authorised Collective Investment Schemes and Related Transitional Arrangements”.
