Gibson Dunn Adds Securities Litigation Partner Jessica Valenzuela in Palo Alto

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Jessica Valenzuela has joined the firm as a partner. Previously a partner at Cooley LLP, Valenzuela will continue her securities litigation practice.

About Jessica Valenzuela
Valenzuela focuses her practice on securities, corporate governance and other complex business litigation, including the defense of securities class actions, derivative suits and M&A-related class actions, as well as government and internal investigations. She regularly advises public and private companies, directors and officers, boards and special committees on a range of matters relating to corporate governance, insider trading, disclosure obligations, director and executive compensation matters and litigation risk and strategy. She has significant experience in the hardware, software, semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, finance, Internet and digital media industries.
Before joining Gibson Dunn, Valenzuela was a partner at Cooley LLP. She graduated from Stanford Law School with distinction in 2002.
