The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) has appointed Jeff Krause to serve as Vice President – Education of its 2025 Executive Board. TMA is “the most diverse group of professionals in the turnaround, restructuring, and corporate health space” that includes “turnaround specialists, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, and consultants, as well as academics, government employees, and members of the judiciary.” Jeff’s term will begin on January 1, 2025.

Jeff Krause has a broad corporate restructuring practice that handles significant debtor and creditor representations, acquirers of assets from chapter 11 debtors, lessors, landlords, secured and unsecured creditors. He frequently advises boards and shareholders on fulfilling fiduciary duties and minimizing litigation risks when faced with financial distress.
