We are looking for a Graduate Recruiting Assistant (m/f/d) to join our team based in Frankfurt.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, education, psychology or a comparable degree programme.
  • You are passionate about recruitment and event management and have already gained some experience in these areas.
  • You have strong organisational skills, a structured way of working and a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team spirit, commitment, creativity and a very good command of German AND English complete your profile.

Your tasks

  • Candidate management for research assistants, trainee lawyers and interns:
    • Screening of applications
    • Maintaining the internal candidate database
    • Coordination of the interview process
    • On going communication with the candidates
  • Managing the onboarding and off boarding for all graduates
    • Setting up candidates in the Silkroad system
    • Organising conflict checks
    • Coordinating with internal departments including IT, facilities and HR.
    • Running student introductions on day 1.
  • Managing the feedback process for all graduates
    • Liaising with supervisors and mentors to collate performance feedback.
    • Facilitating performance conversations between supervisors and students.
    • Updating internal performance review databases
  • Coordination and organisation of internal and external recruitment events.
    • Working with internal stakeholders to plan the calendar of events.
    • Creating and maintaining the guest list
    • Identifying and liaising with the venue or coordinating with facilities for internal events
    • Managing external suppliers for events e.g. food and beverage suppliers
    • Processing all invoices and managing the event budget
    • Follow up activities with event attendees
    • Managing the feedback process after events.
