Job Summary
Seeking an associate to join our Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. The practice is a mix of creditor, debtor, and distressed acquisition work. On the creditor side, high profile, top of the capital structure representations, including representing hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions in both chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings. On the debtor side, high profile chapter 11 cases, including cross-border cases, and out of court restructurings. Class of 2016 – 2020. Preference for NY office.
The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $435,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
