Job Summary

We are looking for an associate to join our excellent asset finance team.  Candidates should have asset finance experience at a peer firm with at least some exposure to aviation finance. Securitization experience is a plus.  Representation of borrowers or lenders, or both, is welcome.  We are targeting law school classes 2017 through 2021.

The annual compensation range for this position is $260,000 to $420,000. The salary offered may depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
