Exciting opportunity to join our growing Leverage Finance practice in the London office. We are looking for high performing associates who are keen to develop their experience within our market leading team.

Successful candidates will be E&W qualified with excellent academics and 3 – 7 years’ experience working in a top tier law firm. Strong analytical and communication skills alongside proficiency in legal research and financial analysis are essential.

Finance Team 

Gibson Dunn’s Finance team has a proven track record of achieving results on complex financing transactions often in close collaboration with other practice areas including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, restructuring, investment funds and projects. Advising private equity sponsors, public and private companies and investment funds, we represent clients on their most complex transactions.

Led by David Irvine with Kavita Davis, the London team has extensive experience in all types of complex transactions including secured credit facilities, high yield debt and bridge facilities, mezzanine debt, unsecured credit facilities, convertible bonds, project and infrastructure financing and restructurings. As an Associate, you will work closely with partners and other associates across the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions ensuring seamless execution from inception to closing. You will be responsible for mentoring junior team members including Trainees, supporting their growth within the firm.
