Job Summary

Gibson Dunn’s Frankfurt office is seeking associates to join their thriving Private Equity/M&A team and to take part in the building of the Frankfurt office.  The Frankfurt PE/M&A team is currently comprised of two partners including Dirk Oberbracht and Wilhelm Reinhardt and a team of associates.  Mr. Oberbracht is “frequently recommended” for Private Equity and M&A (JUVE Handbook 2020/2021).  Chambers Europe 2021 ranks him in Band 2 for Private Equity – Germany.  Chambers Global 2021 and Chambers Europe 2021 rank him in Germany for Corporate/M&A:  High-end Capability.  WirtschaftsWoche recognized him as one of the Top Lawyers in M&A and Corporate (2020).  He is recommended by Kanzleimonitor 2020/2021, a study of the German Institute for Legal Departments and Corporate Lawyers (diruj), for M&A.

The JUVE Handbook 2020/2021 recognizes Mr. Reinhardt as “frequently recommended” for Corporate and M&A.
