Job Summary

We are seeking an associate with 4-7 years of experience for our project finance and infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating concession agreements, long-term lease agreements, comprehensive agreements and similar agreements in the PPP space as well as related design, construction, interface, operations and maintenance agreements. In addition, the ideal candidate will have significant experience negotiating secured financings including credit agreements, pledge agreements, security agreements, collateral agency agreements as well as bond experience including negotiating indentures, bond purchase agreements and drafting disclosure documents. Classes of 2017 – 2020 but also open to all levels.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
