Job Summary
We are seeking attorneys in law school class years 2018 – 2021 to join our IP Litigation team. Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials and IP/patent litigation experience. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are highly preferred, as is CAFC clerkship experience. Experience with PTAB disputes also a plus.
The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
