Role overview
New opportunity to join our growing Corporate Real Estate practice in the London office. We are looking for high performing associates who are keen to develop their experience within our market leading team.
Successful candidates will be E&W qualified with excellent academics and 3 – 7 years’ experience working in a top tier law firm. The successful candidate will have significant experience drafting joint venture and negotiating share purchase agreements for corporate real estate transactions.
Led by Sean Tierney, the Corporate Real Estate team works with private equity funds, institutional and non-institutional real estate investors, developers, operators, lenders and borrowers in negotiating and structuring real estate joint ventures, acquisitions, sales, developments and financings.
