Labor and Employment Lawyer Danielle J. Moss Joins Gibson Dunn’s New York Office

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Danielle J. Moss has joined the firm as a partner in the New York office. Moss, formerly with Proskauer Rose LLP, will continue her labor and employment practice at Gibson Dunn.

About Danielle J. Moss 

Moss’s labor and employment practice focuses on representing employers in disputes across a wide range of matters, including high stakes discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, as well as wage and hour, noncompete and restrictive covenant issues. She has also led numerous highly sensitive internal investigations.

Before joining Gibson Dunn, Moss practiced with Proskauer Rose LLP since 2016. Prior to that, she served as a Felony Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York. Moss received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2011.
