Ayshea Baker is an English qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Ayshea has experience advising clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate governance work. This work has covered a variety of sectors, including consumer and retail, manufacturing and technology.
She read English Literature with French at the University of Birmingham and graduated with First-Class Joint Honours in 2018. Ayshea also spent one year studying at Université Paul-Valéry Montpellier III in Montpellier, France and speaks fluent French.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ayshea trained and practiced in the London office of Jones Day where she also gained experience in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
