Maxwell J. Ball is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where his practice focuses on corporate transactional matters.
He received his Juris Doctor in 2015 from Harvard Law School. While in law school, Maxwell served as an editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review and conducted clinical work for the Project on Predatory Student Lending at the Harvard Law School Legal Services Center. Prior to law school, he worked as a corporate paralegal assisting in aviation finance transactions. Maxwell received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of Maryland in 2010.
