Nicole T. Behesnilian

Nicole T. Behesnilian is Of Counsel in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Los Angeles office, where she practices in the firm’s Real Estate Department.

Her practice covers all transactional aspects of commercial real estate, and is particularly focused in the structuring of complex joint venture and partnership agreements, financing transactions, purchase and sale agreements and all aspects of development deals. Nicole handles transactions for a multitude of asset classes, including office buildings, industrial parks, data centers, hotels, casinos, vacant land, and multi-family and residential developments.

She was recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America™ in Real Estate Law in 2022-2025.

Nicole graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2012, where she was a Sayre MacNeil Scholar and a member of Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008.

She is admitted to practice law in California.
