Andrew Cheng is an associate in Hong Kong. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. He has advised companies, professional trustee institutions, liquidators and high-net-worth individuals in a range of contractual, trust, company and private wealth matters. Andrew also has experience advising on regulatory investigations.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Andrew was an associate at a magic circle law firm. He received his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) in 2012 and Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) in 2014 from the University of Sydney, and subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2014 at the Australian National University and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2015 at the University of Hong Kong.
Andrew is admitted to practice in Hong Kong and New South Wales (Australia). He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
