Nicolette Fata is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of Gibson Dunn’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Nicolette represents private equity clients and their portfolio companies in connection with all aspects of their M&A activities and other corporate matters.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, she was a corporate associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York. Nicolette received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2019 from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a Comments Editor on the Seton Hall Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Government and Italian, with a minor in Economics, from Georgetown University in 2016.
Nicolette is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
