Chelsea A. D’Olivo is an associate in the Washington D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She practices in the firm’s Litigation Department, with a focus on white collar criminal defense and investigations.
Chelsea has represented clients in investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act, securities laws, and antitrust laws. She also has advised clients regarding their corporate compliance programs. Chelsea has represented clients from the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, consumer products, and financial services industries regarding conduct in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2016, where she served on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Law & Politics. Chelsea graduated from Miami University of Ohio in 2011 after three years of undergraduate coursework. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science summa cum laude and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health summa cum laude.
Prior to attending law school, Chelsea worked as the National Dealer Manager for Road ID. In this role, she cultivated relationships with running and cycling retailers to promote identification and high visibility products for athletes.
She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
