Will Fuller is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group. He concentrates his practice on real estate finance transactions representing investment banks, debt funds and other institutional lenders in the origination, acquisition, syndication and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans, securitized loans, construction loans, and subordinate debt structures across all asset types. Will’s practice also includes the representation of institutional investors and operating companies in connection with the acquisition and financing of real estate, joint ventures and loan work-outs.
Will has been recognized as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch™ in Real Estate Law.
He received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, cum laude, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Fordham Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany.
