George Hang is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including leveraged buyouts, divestitures, minority investments, spin-offs, cross-border transactions and other complex corporate transactions. He also counsels companies on royalty financing transactions, corporate governance, fiduciary duties and general corporate matters. In addition, George has significant experience in private investment funds and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he was an associate in the Hong Kong office of another major international law firm.
George earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Swarthmore College.
He is admitted to practice law in the States of California and New York.
