Tom Harvey is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He practices in the firm’s Litigation Department, with a focus on environmental and mass tort litigation, regulatory enforcement, and compliance counseling.
Tom graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Before law school, Tom worked as Senior Legislative Assistant to a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives, focusing on environmental, energy, and health care policy.
