Molly Heslop

Associate Attorney

Molly Heslop is an English qualified associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Molly is a member of the firm’s antitrust and competition practice group.

Molly has broad experience advising clients on a wide range of antitrust issues, including complex merger control matters, market investigations, civil cartel enforcement and foreign investment & national security issues. Molly’s practice also includes providing advice on the interplay between artificial intelligence, data privacy and antitrust issues.

Molly advises clients in a wide range of industries such as technology, media/entertainment, pharmaceuticals, energy, and fast-moving consumer goods.

Molly has also spent nearly one year in the Hong Kong office of Gibson Dunn advising clients on antitrust issues in Asia.

Molly’s recent experience includes advising VMware on its merger with Broadcom which involved securing an unconditional clearance from the CMA in a Phase 2 investigation, as well as representing VMware before multiple regulators in Asia.

Molly is an active member of Gibson Dunn's pro bono practice, most recently recognised in the Pro Bono Recognition List for England and Wales in 2024.
